Brenda Beach
Brenda is an Accredited Member with Fitness NSW.
Internationally trained with a diploma in exercise science with a speciality
in postural retraining, injury rehabilitation with an emphasis of functional
integration into current lifestyle as well as sculpting the body into
a beautiful form.
Brenda will thoroughly assess your posture and needs and then design your
personal training program.
Brenda Beach has trained with Olympiads, worked with
International Team Sports People as well as mid cycle
women like myself. She is a master of pilates, step, strengthening and
posture.
Her passion is seeing her Personal Training clients gain functionality
for today and the next 50 years, as well as sculpting their bodies into
the beautiful form they desire.
Whether you want to step up in your sporting career, are recovering
from injury, want to get rid of problem areas on the body, or just trying

- Pilates Mat Work Certificate
- Posture & Flexibility Certificate (Level 1)
